The Rattler Golf team has been busy preparing for their upcoming district tournament. They recently competed at the 36-hole Country Shootout at Delaware Springs Golf Course in Burnet, TX. Rattlers Logan Contreras and Azaniah Gutierrez are pictured on the 13th hole.
The Rattler Golf team’s season is underway. The Rattlers play in Fall, Winter, and Spring golf tournaments, leading up to the district golf tournament in late March. We have many young, enthusiastic athletes that are improving every week! Coach Callender
Our Miller Lady Rattler Athletics and Pre-Athletics classes set a goal of $150 to raise money for donating to Miller Families that are homeless for Thanksgiving. The Rattler Boys and Girls golf teams competed in their District 27- 5A golf tournament on Tuesday and Wednesday at The Republic Golf Club in San Antonio, TX. After two days of playing hard and demonstrating their mental strength against some of the best golfing schools in the state, both the Rattler Boys and Girls golf
The San Marcos Rattler Varsity Boys golf team competed Monday and Tuesday in the 2015 Lone Star Presidents Cup held by Pfluggerville High School. Mondays round was played at Forest Creek Club in Austin. Despite the freezing wind and rain, the Rattler boys finished the round in 2nd place by only 7 strokes behind Anderson High
The Rattler Varsity Girls Golf team competed in the Lake Travis High School Girls Golf Tournament at Yaupon Golf Course in Lakeway on Monday, October 6th. SMHS Junior Summer Swift took home the third place individual medal with a personal best score of 89 and both Juniors Morgan Mitchell and Ashley Robinson improved their scores
